Mandatory Requirement

• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with a minimum 2 years on Rust.
• Strong proficiency in Rust (and/or any other modern system programming languages for high performance).
• Experience in development and/or design large-scale P2P distributed systems.
• Experience in working remotely while being part of a globally distributed team.
• Pro-active communication and collaboration abilities with native-level proficiency in written and oral English.
